Our small business was hired to repair a property this company manages, they never paid us, even after we laid out the money for labor and materials.

I really am trying to communicate with this management property and they will not respond to you in a timely manner. I have made 1 request and they haven't solved my request in 21 DAYS!! it should not take that long to make a change a name on the lease...If you need anything to get fixed in the apartment FORGET IT, I've tried reaching out to Tara or Jessica to change the carpet and they just DONT RESPOND!!!Also their office location changed. They're located "somewhere" El cajon city. I asked the site manager for their new location and he decline to tell me.But they're very punctual and communicative to raise the rent... yes that's right, my rent has gone up about $500 in the past 2 years!!!!!!If you're a landlord please reconsider this company as your representative.. bc its terrible and tenants well you can see my struggle!

Great property management company! Always quick to respond and friendly. I’ve been renting from this company for years, an apartment for a while and now a house and both experiences have been easy and smooth for us, including the time they got someone out to fix our water heater the same day so we could give our baby a bath. I have sent my friends looking to move from out of state and rent in the San Diego area to them as well and Tara found them a home right away making their big move a bit less stressful. Overall great experience here!

If you don’t want your deposit back or any help with getting it back then rent from them. They will give you the runaround give you false promises stay far away they willHang up on you and say it’s not there responsibility once they recognize your number they willStop answering stay far far away....UPDATE. i see you responded but we tried that number, email and constantly reaching out to Jessica and other numbers back in December and to this day but have gotten no response or resolution .. or if we do we are told they will give us a update tomorrow and you guys stop responding not to mention calling from different numbers so you guys answer and then when you realize its us you ignore that new number... i have been been put on hold from Jessica after i told her my name from a random number and then hung up on this has been going on sense September 2023 with no answer or resolution to our deposit being returned to us even though you guys did a walk around and said we are good not to mention we left the place cleaner then when we moved in. on top of that we went to your office and you guys all the sudden moved with no forwarding address. you have my contact info feel free to respond and make things right and i will update this review.. you have done all of this even after we did you a favor and moved out a month early with less then 30 days notice so the the owner could move back in even after a few month earlier you told us we would be able to extend our lease and then last minute change your mind because he needed his home back. we have worked with you and have continued to get screwed...
